A continuation on the rock quarry site seen in 'Surface as Environment', this program, a terracotta manufacturing school for Boston Valley Terracotta aims to reuse the waste materials expelled during the terracotta manufacturing process, and harness them into fueling a self-sustaining greenhouse system. The shape derives from an extrusion profile derived from the programatic distribution, with the greenhouse surface enveloping areas of high heat and water loss.
